Die Banking/ Inventory Management
Silicon360 acts as a reservoir of wafer and die level inventory, test programs and test components / fixtures from the original manufacturers. We have extensive experience in managing bare die with ESD protection. This allows for long term access to the product for our Military and Space customers. It curtails the need for redesign that can have significant costs in terms of time and money.
Silicon360 ensures that there is ready release of the product to facilitate the customer’s continuing requirements for obsolete parts. We engage in procurement of commercial products and value-added upscreen as required by the Military and Space customers.
We offer design migration and convergence for obsolete products to reach production. We manage the complete engagement from redesign to volume production. |
